A Geeky Gal Monthly Recap: October 2021
Welcome to my October 2021 recap! My favorite spooky month feels like it flew right past me, and Christmas is right around the corner. Regardless, I was able to put out some of my favorite October posts in a long time and can’t wait until next year! With the first week of November already upon us, let’s take a look at the month of October here on A Geeky Gal and meggsngrits on YouTube!
Highlights
Haunting Ground // Full Playlist
My playlist on YouTube for Haunting Ground is finally complete! I’m excited to share the entire Let’s Play with you. I learned so much doing this second full Let’s Play. During my playthrough, I got my first big girl ring light, upped my camera and mic settings to bring even more quality to my videos, and got better at editing! I am looking forward to growing more in my next Let’s Play for Obscure.
5 Forgotten Horror Games that Will Haunt You For Years… [5 Freaky Faves]
It’s no secret how much I love horror games. I’ve been playing them for about twenty years now! With all this time that has passed, I decided to use my YouTube channel as a spring board for me to revisit some of my first horror games that left with me some… feelings… at the end. Revisiting them at a later point in my life gave me a new perspective which I had anticipated. What I didn’t anticipate was how often these games would haunt me, especially at night. Let’s talk about three horror games that are still haunting me after all these years.
