A Geeky Gal Monthly Recap: November 2018

Welcome to my November recap! I thought the first week of the new month would be a great time to take a look back on all the blog posts of this last month. With the first week of December almost behind us, let’s take a look at the month of November here on A Geeky Gal!

Highlights

The Game that Defines Me: Spyro the Dragon

Spyro shielded me from a lot of sadness and pain during that time. I didn’t even realize this in those moments, I just knew I wanted to get to the next world; one more dragon left to release, one more egg to catch, one more hot air balloon ride, and get one more step closer to the happy ending Spyro was seeking.

Normal Happenings hosted a huge collaboration called The Games that Define Us through out November (with some DLC still being posted in December). I picked Spyro, my favorite childhood game. I invite you all to read the 30+ entries and to support Normal Happenings in future collabs!

Blogger Award

I was nominated for the Real Neat Blog Award by Lynn Sheridan! I nominated several video game bloggers to take on my apocalyptic themed questions with a gamer flare. A few have already shared their answers with me, and I love them! Maybe I should make up my own award…
